Lol The Mouldy Wine is long gone!

Thanks for the advice and the recipe

Ok the recipe I used was

Tea wine

4 Pints cold tea
2 lemons sliced
2lb sugar, dissolved in tea
1/2 lb raisons cut in half

Leave for one month and then strain.

A friend gave me this recipe, its supposed to taste like sherry

Hi, I haven't got any advice im afraid, I'm having a go at tea wine and it just looks mouldy at the mo
