Lots of answers to that one. I've wondered this myself. I like MKG's the best. "I'd say that the optimum "small" kit is four demijohns - one fermenting, two maturing, one spare - which can be hidden away reasonably easily, even in a flat."

After all the planning and work, my garden was pretty much a flop this year. I did get some potatoes, sweet potatoes, onions, celery, garlic, tomatoes and zucchini. That's it. Sounds like a lot, but I only got a little of each. Next year though.......
