The courgette glut

How many ways do you know to cook a glut of courgettes? Soup, cake, walnut and hazelnut bake, spiralised, a spicy marrow bake I use with courgettes instead of marrows, grilled, stuffed, pizza .....

And that's after giving them away.

"They" reckon that the only way to cut down on plastic is to buy less stuff.

You know a cheese maker with a chemistry set doesn't appeal to my taste buds :laughing5: Hope you don't mind me saying like.

Re: RAIN !!

Mr Odsox is hogging the rain that is forecast for here. We've not had enough to wet an ant's foot despite the forecast - I resorted to major watering on the allotments last night and only produced 6-8 spots of the forecast rain. I believe we've had one day in the recent couple of months.

Re: Phone apps

I do hate life when something that you have always used on computer/laptop/phone doesn't work when the system or hardware is updated. It's often a reason to sell you something new of course as an extra add on to whatever you have just updated.

You have 3 packets of peas in the freezer? Well done. We're really pushing it to get any to eat never mind freeze.
