Black spots on Broad Beans
The leaves of my broad bean plants are all covered in black spots which start as tiny specs the grow untill the whole leaf turns black and dies. Any ideas as to what the problem is and what I need to do about it gratefully received. So far I've just been removing the affected leaves but I'm going to...

Help Needed - Alternatives to chlorine for pools
We're currently building a water storage facility to irrigate our land and would like it to double as a swimming pool (yes it's hot working here!). Hi there everyone from Las Alpujarras in sunny Andalucia. It may not be exactly urban where we are but we're newcomers to growing organic fruit and veg and I'm sure we'll learn a lot from this site. Big issue here is minimum water usage so all tips welcome......
