thanks for the banana tip...but i am one of those women who have a short and intense labour (sorry girls, i be you hate me for that!) and am having my 2nd homebirth, my main concern is to slow it down a tad so that the midwife can get here on time!

what did it look like?If it was white or yellow and very smelly then it was a tonsil stone, very normal but very gross, google it if you want to know more cause i dont want to explain here and put people off their food!

Hi, I can help with your questions as I am a nappy advisor! There are 2 types of liners; flushable and washable. Flushable liners are designed to be flushed away and washable ones are washed with the nappies. Washable liners are made of fleece and are best for younger babies who are still in the run...
