Seperate the crowns, re-plant at least 3ft apart along with plenty of (preferably) home-made compost. Be mindful of any incoming cold weather. ....... make some custard, and bobs yer uncle!

One good thing about them is that you can buy their wet fish & freeze it, whereas other supermarkets sell fish which has already been frozen, so cannot be re-froze.

Hi Scotsmart, a 2.2 kva genny will run a kettle & thats about it. A 10kva genny would be good for about 35amps, so would be adequate to run the house but not the heating. If you are looking for a permanent installation, why not consider a change-over switch, altho' this would involve your local ...

i always thought the enzyme thingy was more to do with the effects on colour. we don't blanche any veg prior to freezing, and have had no detrimental results.

you could try a visit to the local supermarket, near closing time, to see what produce is being knocked out cheap.
