Onions, onions, onions... Well, they are not growing any more, but they haven't been harvested yet. Courgette and patty pan are still going - I have a few runner beans that are not looking too happy with the weather... Shame. Radishes. Brambles. In a fit of optimism I've sown a few seeds under cover...

Yeah, birds got most of my (very few) cherries, too. But I left the red currant uncovered this year for the birds - I can't use them all anyway.

I've had a few on the compost heap, too! But then, lacking a poly tunnel (or sufficient sunshine), it never came to much.

Er, no - not them, either. :oops:

I remember when I was in France, we gave huge ex-courgettes to our house cow - she loved them. Was really uplifting to see her take big chunks out of them.
