It depends greatly on which fishing you are going to be doing to be honest... shore fishing or coarse fishing?

Myself and my OH are shore anglers so can give you advice on that but we don't coarse fish.

Yep, we're planning on gathering bunches of Kelp to go under our raised beds when we build them. Once shredded it will be a nice thick nutrient rich base! We already have a serious bucked of gloop... errr... rotting seaweed in a bucket with water for sieving later and keeping for fertilizing plants ...

Keep yourself hydrated Eat well and include lots of vitamin and mineral rich foods Stay out of the sun and harsh weather (if you can) Don't smoke or drink too much alcohol or caffeine Try to get enough, regular sleep making sure your room is dark (throw out those thin curtains or invest in a lining)...
