Re: how do I become self sufficient...
The problem I have is with Brendon being in nursery whilst I am at college I tend to spend all the remaining time with him. I do want to learn to cook from scratch as one of the things I always get this week said on the packaging "now with real cheese" and it has made me upset to think I h...

how do I become self sufficient...
Hello! I don't know if this is the correct place to post this. I was just wondering if you could give me a few tips so I could become at least a tiny bit self sufficient. I am finding it difficult at the moment as I have just moved into my first empty house and I really do not know where to start on...

Baby food?
Hello! Sorry I haven't being on for a while! :grouphug: I was just wondering if you made your own baby food, what did you do it with and how? Did your baby like it? I started giving Brendon one solid meal a day (breakfast) such as rusk or baby rice but when I tried him on a bit of food that didn't t...

Baby slings.
Hi all I haven't posted on here for a while. :) I'm just wondering what your views are on baby slings. Did they help you out a lot? When you where out did you find it easier to breast feed more discreetly using a baby sling? Would you recommend one? Are they a lot of hassle? Did you find them easy a...

Re: When did you pack your hospital bag?
Okay thank you everyone
I have made a list of things I will need and things the baby will need for the stay in hospital. I have got most of the things, just waiting for my new PJ's to come and they will be in it.
Thanks for your help and advise :) x

Re: Help needed with life - long post
Whatever the truth may be, your daughter is now in a situation where she's going to need a lot of support from you because, although you didn't say it, I'm assuming that there's no father leaping forward to help I wasn't sure if you meant my father or the babys father here so just letting you know ...

Is there a answer to this?
My friend sent me this over MSN and it's completely baffled me. 'If it's zero degrees outside today and it's supposed to be twice as cold tomorrow, how cold is it going to be?' Is there actually a answer? Or is it just something to make me think? Arghh i'm going to be wondering this all ni...
