I tried another batch with the grated ginger, wow what a taste. i tested it on 10 work mates and everyone loved it. i have another batch fermenting now. :cheers:

Hi Craig, Yeah mine went a bit hard too, it was a bit like mozarella cheese, I could even sort of peel it in the same way. Hi helsbells, yes thats exactly what i got. i did squeeze it rather a lot though :oops: . I would love to know how the dairylee style cheese spread is made. i love that stuff .

i tried the 'Accidental' cheese thing and its not bad. i may of squeezed a little too much liquid out but when i added a bit of salt and chopped chives its pretty impressive although a bit crumbly. Gonna test it on some victims :angel5: , sorry i mean willing participants. :wink:

oooh like the idea of using dandelion for coffee, do you just steep it once it's been roasted & ground? I have far too many dandelions (or lion flowers as my 3 year old likes to call them) I'd love to put them to good use. I'd have loved to find some burdock to go with them but I've not been ab...

I have just tasted my 1st white 5 minute loaf. :cheers: :thumbright: :salute: its tastes good!! the crust is a bit like concrete and its a bit doughy but the taste is there so when i get it right its going to be really good.
