http://farm8.staticflickr.com/7175/6756569733_4eafd96595.jpg You really can't see much, either by using breastfeeding tops/dresses or two tops (top goes up, vest underneath goes down). The more women breastfeeding in public the more it will become normal. It's daunting to begin with but when you ha...

Re: Breast feeding, socially unacceptable or not?

I have found this really interesting.. I breastfed my 1st son until he self weaned at 2 years. and I am currently feeding my second son (currently 8.5months). I am normally a really strong person, but I have to force myself to feed in public (I do it because I know my baby needs feeding, and I know ...

Elderberries along a main road?

Would these be ok to use in a Damson and Elderberry cordial.. or would the lead / heavy metal content be too high? I have 2 young children so want to be safe.

the trees are along a footpath between a motorway and a busy A-road.

Re: ESSE Range advice

I wish I knew as much as you guys, you are really helping... ok right so.... How would I link all this up to the combi boiler? I suppose I have a few options. 1. just use the woodburner to heat the kitchen / family room and cook with. (not very cost efficiant as we have to get a stove installed and ...

Re: ESSE Range advice

Hmm. I don't know what to do then.. what is the most efficient thing i can do? I really want a wood burning range as I cook so much, and the esse w35 is supposed to be an efficient burner that burns through the night so you only need to top it up a couple of times a day. I want to keep the gas combi...

Lavender and Rosemary just dies in our garden (does it like shade? is there a type of soil it prefers? I love these 2 herbs so any advi...
