Canadian Safe Injection Sites do not supply the drugs. The druggy brings in his illegal street drugs and gives them to the health care worker to inject. The needle is clean though.

Suppose one is 20 kilograms or 44 pounds overweight. To ascertain what this means one could strap a 20 kg bag of say beans to one back and go for a five km walk. The stress on the body must be excessive. Now multiply excessive body weight over 365 days and one can get an idea of the stress involved....

Certainly only a small quantity of the herbs are used. As juice they are mixed with other juices in the drinking glass which will limit consumption.
