Have a great time at scout camp...no whites there :lol: they local venturescouts hold thier group meetings here when they are not off doing something like potholing or canoeing. :salute:

Congratulations on getting married but such a shame to have the honeymoon spoilt..such a wonderful idea as a gift to you both..
Hope you get something sorted,folk should not be allowed to get away with this , holidays/honeymoons are precious and should be honoured as such...good luck..

If you cannot be bothered to cut out lots of squares I used a telephone note block..cheating but worked for me for quickness..and they are all the same size.. I always loose those square notes and keep notes on bigger bits of paper so I was recycling in a way.. never thought of using socks...we only...

So pleased things have taken off...I have the same problem as you..once everyone knows how good your eggs are its hard to keep some for the house...from help I do not know what to do with them all ..to I have not got enough... :lol:

Think I will have a go just to see what happens but put them in the conservatory at night because we do have heavy dew and morning mists here...its been so very hot here latelythat there is a chance of it working...thanks for the idea :icon_smile:

I have just had to buy a new freezer so was looking to recycle the old one, folk use them for animal feed dry store around here but I have that..think I will see about storing fruit this year, have kept them in a barn on straw trays but very dependant on weather....this sounds hopeful cheers! :icon_...

Hello and welcome from wales...some salad things do not take too long to get going, the weather is so topsy turvey nothing is playing by the rules :lol: Getting ready grown to plant out can be just as satisfying because you still have to look after them, slugs..water and all that. Your place must be a real picture with all your garlands and bouquettes everywhere...so there is no fixed rule..I have hung them in the airing cupboard and over the rayburn when it is damp...for flowers I wrap in newspaper beyond thier flower heads to shade them a bit...I wondered if anyone had a be...
