I've just made jelly from a tree in my garden that had apples just like them on it it isn't one I planted so not sure what it is but it's made a sweetish jelly thats really nice and it's not killed us yet. Oh and the ducks love them.

I made Pink Plum jam today 10 jars and started making Pontack sauce with my elderberries which I've not made before so fingers crossed.

Hiya i keep Muscovys and currently have 18 I love them they are so comical they wag their tails and make a giggling sound the girls can fly so need their wings clipping if you have neigbours who don't apprieciated little visits the boys can be aggressive as they get sexually mature I have been attac...

Hi Maggie Thanks for the welcome to Ish. We love Bolsover too. I love having the shops in walking distance but still feeling as if we are in the country side.
