Hi thanks for all the advice , think i need to read up on this problem then decide the best course of action. I will need to resist the temptation of giving it one more try when i see all the lovely shallots,onions & garlic @ my favourite garden centre . Hopefully my allotment is in the pipeline...

thanks for the warm welcome :iconbiggrin: My mate gave me a bottle last christmas from a secret recipe, it was fantastic! It contained almonds and by the taste cloves as well,went down a treat while watching late night folk on BBC4 :drunken:
