Hiya I wanted raised beds for a few reasons, firstly I have bad knees and would like the soil area to be higher up so I don't have to go down on my knees too much. Part of the area where one of the beds will be has a concrete wall and the bed needs to be level or higher than it, otherwise it is rest...

I have always wanted to smoke my own fish!
I have often wanted to try it with an old biscuit tin etc, but the smell in the house would worry me :lol:

I have a new love in my life... my slow cooker :lol: ! Ooo she is being well used! :wink: So has anyone got any great recipies to share? Especialy the ones that take hardley anytime to prepare.. more of the throw in and leave it all dayer? :lol: I just love the smell in the house, preparing it early...
