almost made pesto from oregano works well to.

fig leaf (was very good batch I made last year )
wild fennel wine
and bottom of freezer wine (sloe ,rose hip, huckle berry)

borage flowers good in salad
and younger leave cooked in butter are good to

vinbrite filter works well for me

lots of herbs , mint and lemon balm wild garlic and chives
purple spouting broccoli
black kale
swiss chard ,
spinage
and my first sowing of radishes
