always eat bolted spinach
dose not make much difference in taste
a bit tough around base but small leaves at top still good for salad

I made it a few time almost like it better than basil
almost made pesto from oregano works well to.
tend to be with cob nuts from my tree

my garlic a bit on the small side but ok :( lot of French and runner beans :iconbiggrin: just picked the last of the the red currant black currants and gooseberry's lots of strawberries ,raspberry's and rhubarb ( I feel a summer pudding coming of tea ) :iconbiggrin: spinage Swiss chard growing well ...

just put on

fig leaf (was very good batch I made last year ) :iconbiggrin:
wild fennel wine
and bottom of freezer wine (sloe ,rose hip, huckle berry)

purple spouting broccoli

now teaching my son the art of wine making ( just so he can move and do and the jobs I can not at the monument carrying demi johns on crutches not a good idea ) :(
