I bathed my boys last night and when they were clean I threw in a couple of sheets, half a cup of soda crystals and they walked up and down and stomped on them for 15 mins or so! A quick rinse and they were all clean - sheets and all! I think it was as good as the machine. Do you think I could hire ...

Gunners71uk - Not a lot growing at the mo - lots of chillis but the slugs had the best of the rest, especially my pumpkins.

I haven't worked out what I'm going to do with them yet... I think a green walnut is just one that hasn't been dried, so I'm thinking that I'll remove the outer husk to expose the shell and leave them in a cool (or warm?), dry room.
