I always see great dresses at the charity shops but they are way huge...now that I have my new sewing machine, it's no longer an obstacle! Some dresses are like new and very well priced~

ha ha I don't close them - well only in summer in our bedroom to keep the heat out! ...make a wind chime?

I am willing to buy the nylon thread/fishing string, but want to use recycled materials for the rest.
Has anybody made one before or have any ideas?
