Re: Anyone know of good home smoking builds?

Thanks Mike. I assumed it was fine but wanted to double check. Batdog will be changed, it was a quick replace of the picture I had of me and an ex :)

Dear all, It's been a few years since I brewed my last batch of Tea Beer and Nettle wine and most of my equipment has gone awol. So, I have left one bucket and a wine bin. Re: Sticky Banana Bread

Brave person taking on a recipe I have penned. Hope it goes okay! The one in the picture was cooked for almost two hours on a lower heat, so erm, well, yeah... just good luck! I expect it to taste somewhat like heaven, slightly cloudy.

Re: Hello from Cornwall

I took Advanced Business Studies at college and, due to work, have done many H&S courses since, so it seems a shame not to give something a go. And I think that considering the low cost start-up for making your own products/food, no risk venture :)

Anyhoo, thanks for the "Hi" :)

Hello again, For fear of driving myself mad venturing around the web and knowing that perhaps someone has done this... I venture here. As regards to my last post, I am drying meats but would love to build a good home smoking kit for drying out meats and giving them that great flavour. Has anyone mad...
