Things are definitely way past crisis point with the amount of plastic bags around. The maddening thing is the situation could so easily be sorted, by just carrying around spare bags, either cloth or some other hardy fabric. If supermarkets would only stop supplying them people would have no choice ...

Hi Andy, We have just taken over a spare piece of land and are starting a community allotment, but coupled with that we would like to turn the nearby playing fields into a park.
