I never lock my shed because if you have a big lock on a shed the morons will think theres stuff worth stealing in it, reverse psychology seems to work. I just make sure I have nothing of value in it and if you do hide it in a good place the morons wont look. For example my radio is kept in a bucket...

The thought of that giant slug turns my stomach. The beauty of our cold little country is little insects, no lethally poisonous creatures and nothing that can eat you alive. I really dont have time for people who want to reintroduce bears, boars and wolves to wander freely in the british countryside...

2 potatos together at each station instead of 1

I saw someone on TV planting 2 potato's together instead of singly when planting out. Does anyone else do this and is there an advantage or disadvantage?

Both types will work really well. Although I wouldn't grow it on my plot I prefer to go to the waste ground and take it from there, its a bit of a space hogger being large. I just dig the laeves into the ground below stuff I'm growing, always works great.
