Hi I would seriously give the gluten free thing a try - I had been on high dose pain killers for 2 years for aching joints - even fingers hurt. Drs had run various tests but all were 'inconclusive' so they put it down to a 'virus' which is the usual code for 'dunno' :roll: Arthritus is in the family...

ok! I have used palma rosa in two loads now, still not much of a smell. Ummmm could try a different Oil, I find 3 drops of Rosemary is very pungent ( in a good way) and it doesn't smell overly rosemaryish very clean and fresh! (so don't worry that you'll smell like a lamb chop :lol: ) With lavender...

Could use a couple of drops of your fav' essential oil - I add a couple of drops of rosemary or 3/4 of lavender oil to the vingear in the fabric softening tray as I don't use fabric conditioner . I scrubbed them and popped them in the pressure cooker with the spuds the other night. when cooked took out the beets and imediatly popped in cold water, after a few minutes picked up and gently squeezed/rubbed the skin off, was amazed at how easy it was - won;t be bothhering to peel before cooking ...

Popodums and Orange juice with bits in it ( and it had to have bits in it) and chocolate with DS1 DS2 it was spicy hot food ( I put chilli s in everything) and pink grapefruit Hated tea when pregnant, and the smell of nutradol air freshner would make me ill - still makes me feel queasy to this day! ...
