erm - i dont think i've got the time to organise all that, but it is a good idea :)

what d'ya wanna swap? I'd particularly like perennials or herbs if you've got any, but i'm quite happy to just send the seeds anyway otherwise :) so PM me your address and I'll send them.

hmm dont think i'll organise it as there doesnt seem to be much interest (and thats a good point about someone forgetting to send the box).

Why not start a seed box. On a NZ forum they have been doing this for sometime and it;s very popular. You put in some of your seeds, bagged and labelled then forward to the next person, who them takes 'some' seeds for their garden and adds some of their surplus to the box and forwards on again, etc...

onion question

Hi,
does anyone know - can I eat young bulb onions (grown from sets) as spring onions?
(i planted some then realiesd i need to dig them up to put a path there - wasnt very organised :oops: )
