I would put a clove of garlic, 6/8 roughly chopped bruised sage leaves, and a teaspoon of honey .. This with just about a pint of very hot water, and leave that as her only drink for a day or two .. Hello, What color is her comb ? nice and red ? very pale ? or some sort of purple ? If she drinking well I would make a brew of garlic, sage and honey for her .. The garlic will worm her nicely without stressing her more, the sage will put life back into her, and the honey will be a good boost too ....

Hi 3M and Pumpy, thanks for that .. so it's basically carrot and parsnips that I shouldn't manure then .. happy days .. this year I managed to make enough compost/manure for all my veg .. and indeed it has matured for more than 6 months for the youngest hip .. so should be good .. hopefully ..
