Re: My Cycle tour (Bristol to Scotland) can I stay at yours?

Its been great watching Andy's progress on the forum, and to understand what a wonderful community you ishers are. We have been far less worried about him knowing he was being so well looked after. And well done Andy! We knew you'd stick to it (the bike ride not the saddle...). Yer Ma & Pa. I s...

Re: My Cycle tour (Bristol to Scotland) can I stay at yours?

Forgot to mention, Andy got his head stuck in the railings at Alnwick Castle when he was about 2, we were camping north of Seahouses at the time. I remember that holiday! On the same holiday Dave got his cagoule zip caught in his teeth for about half an hour. Of course, 4 year old me was perfectly ...

He's been doing well by all accounts, getting to places on schedule, getting slightly damp but spirits still high. Last I heard he was a few miles south of Newark nr Notthm wit...

Mine arrived yesterday and I'm kind of mentioned, as Sharon Hamilton. I haven't actually been a Hamilton for about 12 years but you make up for it by having me first in a list. Ta!!

Saw it - great stuff. Plum chutney eh?
Your nephew was looking at the film and saying 'Andy-Dave yes' while nodding quite seriously about all the tips. Maybe he'll take after you.

Robin Hood

Anyone see the BBCs new Robin Hood series last night? I'm not sure it lived up to all the hype but it seems good enough to be worth sticking with while Doctor Who isn't on.

Hubby says he'll babysit. See ya there!

Having been to a few of the FCWW gigs I have to say they are always entertaining. I'll never forget the nativity themed one - Dave dressed as the Virgin Mary was truly a sight to behold.

This morning he woke up at 6.30 having not cried in the night. He even goes down for naps easier! I'm not counting my chickens though as I'm sure it doesn't work this quickly...

He didn't need a cuddle last night! After his usual bedtime routine, instead of rocking him to sleep I tried just having my hand on his chest and shushing a bit until he fell asleep, he took a while to get the idea and settle but eventually he dropped off and didn't wake until 6am, his usual waking ...
