It is, Ive tons of butternuts this year, we harvested about 140 ish... and big ones too... there is only so many you can eat though....'what would you like with your squash tonite then sweetheart'.... heheheh
But at least we wont go hungry...

Butternut squash and seseme seed soup.

Peel and chunk a large squash, drizzle with good olive oil, and scatter two good hand fulls of seseme seeds over top and roast in a med oven till squash is lightly browned. I make pasta sauce the same way, i make sure the bottles are in a sink full of boiling water, make the sauce bubbling, then hoik the bottle out of the water, and ladle in the sauce while hot as poss, I always put a small layer of olive oil on top to act as a seal and mine keeps all winter...

We are also working on a caravan for voluteers to stay in so we can accomodate anyone who wants to come right throughout the year... After more discussion with his lordship, we've made a few changes.. the problem always was with accomodating helpers, the holiday cottage is our main source of income so to have it tied up with freebies, no matter how hard they worked, was always a problem, so now we can also offer.... There are cheapy BMIbaby flights for april from Manchester too now and Im sure they'll be some from Scotland too...

ooops sorry I posted it again, I thought I forgot to 'publish' sorry..
The woofer site is a bit hmmmm scary... Ive only just managed to convine my OH to do this, so I thought someone off here would be a good compromise then if it works well we'll go the whole hog later in the year..

my dad found the same thing happened to his cat, his home help bought a plug in air thingy, and happened to plug it in next to the radiator by the cat basket, the cat very quickly developed a wheezing cough, dad at first thought the normal hairball type thing, but it went on for more than a few days...

what ever works for you twiglet, as you say, a cure is a cure whatever way it comes. As to the adding garlic to all your meals, medicinally that doesnt work unless you add it just before serving, cooking garlic above a quite low temp removes all its medicinal properties sadly... still tastes yummy t...

The only two really active ingredients I can see in those pills is the garlic, and Echinacea the rest are fillers and bulking agents. which you could probably do without, increase your garlic intake, and eat more immune system boosting foods and save your money.... ps please dont take offence , im s...

Glad that the remedy is helping some of you out, the mullien grows wild here its a weed, a stunning looking thing, so I have a endless supply. You can also boil it in milk (I assume goats milk would be just as good) add a spoonful of honey and drink for coughs. I have a remedy for coughs and congest...

My OH suffers from sinus problems a lot, but since Ive grown my own herbs and made him drink regular teas he's improved no end.
