Well the lawn has had it's revenge,since mowing it I have had huge bites all the way up my legs and I mean all the way,they are so sore and inflamed that I am on pills and cream from the chemist but in spite of my suffering I am comeing to get you lawn ..................be afraid..........be very af...

Lawns

Why are lawns............just that why are lawns..............what is their purpose,I have just mown our lawn for the umpteenth time this year and thats enough no more green carpet in the garden it's comeing up this winter and I am haveing more raised beds and a wildlife pond............so there!!!!...

When I found out what was in tea bags I went back to loose tea ...............the side benefit of this has been the rediscovery of what tea should taste like.We have also started to use a nice teapot and sit down to enjoy our tea instead of rushing around with a mug and a teabag. :flower:

I have a very dark secret :oops: I love courgettes..........honest I do and never have a problem using them up...............it's good to be among friends and be able to admit this shameful habit. :flower: The bread sounds great and will give it a try tomorrow to go with the courgette curry.

If your radish go huge and woody slice them into rounds and add to a stir fry they taste a bit like water chestnuts and I also stir fry the leaves they are a bit peppery but nice. Jessica :flower:

Shirley I have never tried to overwinter them should I just keep in the greenhouse and bring the outdoor ones in also or do you cover with a closh and leave the outdoor ones in the ground.Jessica :flower:

They are Jalapeno hot peppers from Mr Fothergills Seeds and this will be the third year I have used the same pk of seeds..........maybe they improve with age,I have had about thirty large chillis so far and the plants are covered with lots more. I have cut down on the shampoo and conditioner I use as I always seemed to pour out more than I needed which was a waste so I bought the larger bottles and filled up empty handwash dispensers which give a measured amount so they last a great deal longer and cut down on waste.One large bottle of sham...

Green Aura The only way that Dennis can find to put the photo on the forum is to use Photobucket or Picasa and he doesn't want to create an account with either,do you know if there is any other way to post a photo?
