Re: Using CDs in the garden - problems?

My neighbor has some CDs hanging in his garden and they look very pretty on summer nights when the garden lights reflect off them. My problem is I don't WANT to scare any birds away. We feed and water them in hopes of them coming into our garden.

Re: Does anyone NOT have a television?

Anyone know how to persuade two teenagers and one husband to give up the TV - I wish I knew JuzaMum I think your husband has to be convinced first or you are fighting a one man battle. You both need to be on the same page or it's going to be impossible to convince teenagers who are accustomed to tv...

Re: Feeling S.A.D

Oh dear, it has caught up with me again...tired all the time, drained, lank face and hair, just a bit...meh :( I seem to remember last year we had a thread where we all posted sunny pictures of gardens and things to keep us going. MMM I loved the summery pics on your blog, they really cheered me up...

Re: In what way are you naughty?

2 suggestions~ -I NEVER buy or use kitchen rolls/paper towels; I don't miss them and get by perfectly fine without them. instead I buy 4 scrubber sponges, in a pkg. for 13p and I wash them in the washer with a big load, until there is nothing left of them. I use the same sponges for spills and wipin...
