How to box in a whole mess of pipes, pumps and tanks...

Having installed solar water panels and a big accumulator, I'm left with a challenge that's beyond my puzzle solving skills. I need to box in all the pumps, pipes and tanks, that now occupy my son's bedroom. As you can see quite a challenge: http://lh4.ggpht.com/_G_V1jT33qNg/SbuPvooCS5I/AAAAAAAAAMA/...

Re: good place family photos?

flickr is great but I've had issues with registration / loosing account details like many other people.

I now use picasa which is Googles simpler alternative ... the most recent photos on MyBarnConversion site are all hosted on there.

Re: what the hell else can go wrong?!

Be careful, BUT in this economic climate most landlords are pretty wary about loosing tenants, you may have some leverage there - after all from his perspective, better the 'devil' that the landlord knows... ;)

Good Luck!

Re: Inspiration for a tall conservatory

A coconut or banana might fill it nicely ... perhaps even a small grove for that tropical feeling ... ;)

The only thing that survives in the conservatory where we currently live is cacti, perhaps one of the big spaghetti western ones?

Re: Inspiration for a tall conservatory

How about a largish olive tree I think you can get all shapes / sizes and ages... Only thing that puts me off is they're just not British and therefore in keeping - but I'm sure one could be a stunning addition to a conservatory. By the way - I'm considering a double height(ish) conservatory - any p...

Typically you'll need about 1KW input for an ASHP that will give you 3-5KW output... will your batteries cope - how are you generating power?
