what about using it in stuffing?

use the liver and kidney (cut hard bit from middle of kidney). Fry onions and add a bit of good pork mince with bread crumbs, sage and an egg. Dont have to eat all at once, will freeze well.

The food you are talking about 'could' make you 'FAT'. Know it's not a nice word but its true. Sugar does not make you 'fat'. Eating pounds of a lot of foods will make you 'fat'. went out to work last wednesday to an iced car at 8.40 in the morning.

i know parsnips will taste better as i love them, but i've had a poor show this year.

glad to hear about your chicken and tuna ethic. a fresh salad daily, with new spuds and mint.
roast chicken
toad in the hole
baked cheesecake (with fresh or frozen fruit)
