hi folks
any one got a good recipe for cherry wine
have a loads this years and thought i try something differant
they are a very sour cherry but great flavour

my boys call it the bog of eturnal stench ( from the film labyinth)

and my neighbours are not nice so it keeps them in the house

so kills 2 birds with one stone

need to use striaght away or you do get that cat pee smell

but can dry them very quickly preserve the best flavour in a mirowave just spread thinly on plate and zap for 10 second at a time until dry
this work with all herbs to

wash up liqulid works well

but the saop nuts i use now don't work at all

try it a few years back its not good yuck

keep to the lovely flowers
the bees love them

mine all went to seed
but stir fry the seed tops there great
put more in now seam to be doing better this time

it was the nettle beer
always been on the selfsufficent side
from makeing my own cloths and cosmetic
to growing me own veg
always reclying
work as a pastry chef so foever bring home bags of egg shell cooffee grinds, bottles for me beers and jars for me jams
it very handy
