Re: Sleep!

You can try an antihistamine tablet to get you sleepy. I needed the antihistamine for allergies but found I couldn't take it during the day for the sleepiness. Try Diphenhydramine (Benadryl) Not habit-forming like sleep tablet, but it sure puts most folks to sleep. Good luck. Also, if it was a head...

They are still growing strong but the leaves , in parts have faded to a greeny yellow. Does anyone know why? :f...

Re: Sleep!

I can usually get to sleep fine especially as I leave the house at around 5.55am and dont get in until 7.15pm but I wake up really early, after just a few hours. It has been worse since the op. Re: Panic attacks

It sounds like you're already doing the right things honey. One further suggestion though is to get a smell, or something else you might think appropriate, that you can associate with calmness and well-being. I say smell of course because it's what I do and it's immediate. But it might be the feel ...

Re: contacting my sister - mistake?

I think that you have been given some really good advice, both for sending the letter and for not........ I have been thinking about if that was me, and your situation isnt much different from my own, I come from one of the most dysfunctional families ever!! I have very little contact with my family...

Re: Another garlic question.

I might have a little dig about and see what is going on underneath the surface. Lat year I think I dug them up a little too early as they were quite small, although they dried out well and I am still using them , they taste good. What are the signs that you have left thm too long? (I have def grown...

Re: Like a virgin

I have to take pics of everything, at every stage, and the first thing I do when I get back from anywhere is feed the cat then go and look in the garden. It is exciting to see seeds that you have planted yourself growing and changing all the time. My OH used to have a bemused look on his face when I...
