It looks lovely. I'mitching to make more clothes but always get hung up on what if it all goes wrong.... shoudl just get my finger out and try and aim toget such good results as you have.

We're sitting at an accumulation of about 30cm now :) car's not been down the drive for 4 days. I'm happy I can work from home so long as the electricity stays on. I don't think I can do pics cos I don't do the whole pics on the internet thing! suffice to say it's beautiful :)

Zoe, I'm out from about 7am til 6pm most days and things that i've put in are fine in over that time, I always put it on low for that length of time. I've often chucked the ingredients in without any browning etc, it doen't make too much difference, but I also quite enjoy doing abit of cooking/brown...

Can I ask a daft queston (and I think it's been asked before but I haven't looked for an answer...) :oops: are Le Parfait jars - with the flip closure and rubber rings - suitable for for bottling fruit etc in the same way as Kilner jars are? I have some le Parfait but my preserving book only mention...

Ok, next daft question for the oracle at large... my onions are looking great :cheers: but a few of them have started developing flower buds. I'm pretty sure this is bad.
