For my 2 the constant favs are cheese and sausages, if Joel refuses to eat anything I usually offer cheese, at least I know he has something in his tummy.

Frozenthunderbolt You're a gem! I was wondering about adding the skins or not. Luckily I've got a pair of willing little hands to help with the tedious task of scooping out the flesh! I'll prob have a load more questions, but I'll get onto the first stage in the next day or so. :thumbright:

In the end I took her to the vet who had a look under the microscope and said there was no trace of the mite, so the doses must have taken care of it. She said that it can take ages for the scales to regenerate themselves and flatten down again, and that in some cases they might not look normal again.

Feijoa Wine

I was reading about Frozenthunderbolts feijoa wine, and what with the glut that we have around here right now I was thinking I might have my first ever attempt at wine making.
Does anyone have a basic recipe, I thought I might adapt a pear recipe - would that work?

The Jan Andrea site is wonderful for all things baby wearing. I've made several ring slings using her pattern.

Are the shaped ones you mentioned like and All In One (waterproof outer, absorbent middle, then flannel or fleece next to babys skin)? Firstly I'd look to see if the legs are fitting securely when done up. Generally All In Ones (AIO's) aren't really suitable for night time, because they simply aren'...

I'm doing the same thing this year, but I've decided that I can do swaps with other people, to make the most of their crafty talents as well. So far I've swapped for: Excellent condition second hand childrens book (for nephew and niece) a beaded bookmarK (for my sister) Knitted socks x2 (for my mum ...

Leg Mites - Chickens

How long does it take for the scales to return to normal once they've been treated? We've used epronex (on the advice of the vet).
