Hey Berti, Its very hard when you first start and doubts do set in, but start small, come back here for advice and reassurance and you will be amazed how many friends you make down there on the plots next to yours who are happy to offer advice, seedlings, words of wisdom and even the odd cuppa tea. ...

I work as a part time chemistry technician in a 6th form college. The hours are great and I get the hols but all those chemicals.... The college does recycle a lot of stuff. Ecover products are good at what they do but some still contain sodium laurel sulphate I noticed. We are now using the eco smart washing tablets, they have a corn starch wrapper that dissolves and the tub can be either recycled or re-use for other stuff, and cost agood deal less than other brands es...

There's that new stuff called Haymax out this year, made for humans but its all good healthy stuff and you put it on the nose perhaps that type of product could be of help
