With all the cut backs , the vat rise and anything else that might get thrown at me, what can i do to reduce my outgoing. Every year i grow chilies on the allotment and as soon as we gat that first heavy frost they all turn black overnight and are dead :(
Also today all my dhalia's and squash plants died :hugish:

on most sundays, when i'm not away i go to the trading post, down the allotments and say hello and buy some supplies. when i was in dermeern, holland afew years ago i went into a bar for lunch and the only thing on the menu in english was "firemans steak" so i ordered that. when it came it was almost raw and swimming blood. almways have mine well done now :pukeright:

When i haveated my elephant garlic this year there were loads little rounds attached to them which i've kept. i
i herd that they will grow into bigger bulbs than planting cloves, is this true?
