Hi I dont know if it is the same recipe (mine had yeast??) but the one I had was left for 5 days (2days left then three days after) does that make sense?? Cannot find the recipe now though!! Good luck

Think it sounds like a great idea, especially if it was not too costly for families, maybe a camping option and a fee to participate in the activities would be an idea? I think you need to get the idea off the ground before someone copies it!

Our ducks were great in eating all the slugs, unfortunately they also ate some of the seedlings and trampled on others! so maybe follow earlier advice!!

Save some green, That was a great idea...and I cannot even use it as we dont have a fridge yet(do you know anyone with a kerosene fridge for under £50?? thought not!)! So beers have to sit in the stream for ages till cold..works well until its dark, when we have the terrace problem again and the men...

Hi just a thought, some mouthwashes cause teeth to discolour. Chlorhexadine is the one which comes to mind! I agree with everyone, go to the dentist and check. Bicarbonate of soda is difficult to get in portugal too but I found it at the local chemist...not the cooking shelf in the supermarket! Migh...

Thanks everyone! We do use a bucket with a lid in the bedroom particularly at night. Unfortunately we have not got a "quiet" corner in the barn (except the bedroom) yet to send visitors, its a bit open plan yet. ONE DAY we will have a cubicle with a bucket. Also have trained my husband to ...

They do it outside in the daytime but when the weather is bad.. resent having to find a bush...its a bit wild outside our barn! Also I insist they water different bushes each time!! the urine will go to the garden eventually, I just think a urinal will be a good option.
