it seems like Jandra & I have the same problem, I haven't used any manure on them so I know it is not that & I have grown round courgettes before & they weren't behaving like that

I'm now 1 of 3 people I know who seems to be having weird courgette growth this year, mine are giant yellow ball shaped things when they should be long thin & green, another friend has them dying before they are getting anything like a size that is worth harvesting & another is having her's ...

Has anyone here grown tea before, I'm going to do it for the first time this year with a plant I bought at the BBC Gardener's World Exhibition, I know it will need a big pot with ericaceous compost in & that I will need to bring it in on a really harsh winter, any more advice on growing it would...

Cherry Tomatoes & chillies look good as fruits in the border, Jerusalem artichokes look like sunflowers, tea which is camellia sinesis, flowering thyme, rosemary, saffron, chamomile, pot marigold, lavender, borage, nasturtiums, courgettes

Advice on butternut squash

I'm growin these for the first time from seed that I scooped out of an organic butternut squash, I do have seedlings but theyseem to be growing slower than the courgettes which are almost ready to be planted out. Is this normal? Is there any other advice on growing them that you could give me?
