the money pit ( this place - guess most of you too young to remember that film :lol: ) is a WIP - there are lots of "unfinished/needs tidying/ must get round to that sometime bits :? start one small job - end up with 3 big ones :roll: then the weather interferes or the cash flow is non existent...

IMO we are in for a "run" of colder winters now - with the odd mild one interspersed , and summers will be the usual mixtures of rain and heat waves - with the possibility of another " 76"** thrown in somewhere along the line - well it cant be any more wrong a forecast than spend...

thats well cool :thumbright: - had some good timber from pallets in the past - the ones to look for are those with sheet material on ( 8x4's ) some of them have hardwood bits :shock: - iroco etc ( poor mans mahogany ) and even if they don't - there are usually some longer lengths of timber in them -...

ever wondered WHY we Brits are not in to this - its all the petty fogging RULES -( regardless WHO is behind them ) - we don't like being dictated to :wink: - and most of us ( well those interested in such things** ) can see that the aggravation and effort DEALING with all the petty fogging officials...
