Yep it really has been 25 since that single by Band Aid was released.
With that in mind shouldn't Youtube be paying any advertising revenue earned from playing Do they know it's Christmas and the American counter part We are the World to Africa, perhaps to Zimbabwe? For that matter any money eared from playing Christmas Songs.
I have asked this on their web forum, perhaps it would be good to join in and ask too. They can afford it.

that lets me out then Andy - I didn't know you had to have an account with google/utube 
those little videos don't 'play' on this machine - if I try they tend to crash it
