Good to be back in the saddle again and I enjoyed reading your empassioned posts, especially MountainGirl.
It's funny, but this journey towards a simpler life and getting away from the stresses of politcs and everyday life, generates so much comment on those very subjects. You made your points eloquently and it was interesting to see what's happening in your part of the world.
Malcolm - nice to meet you too and your goals sound very remarkable - Nev is right, I trust you are diarising your efforts getting towards them.
I kept a log of my countrywide tour talking about http://www.DownshiftingWeek.com and am working my way through writing them up. In a blink of an eye, you can forget what you did yesterday (especially after you have had 3 kids might I add) and on that subject, I must crack on.
