New potatoes

Post: # 286733Post Odsox »

I took a chance and it's paid off.
I planted about half a dozen seed potatoes in my small 8' x 4' aluminium greenhouse at the beginning of November, and today we will have new potatoes for dinner.
OK, not a huge yield from a root, but it cost me nothing and will be most welcome with my steak and purple sprouting broccoli.

Now I must go and find some mint.

Just make me a cup of mint tea, Tony. I don't like minted potatoes.
