Keeping poultry in Cornwall

Post: # 146662Post bodrighy »

This is a thought for our future.
If we can we would like to keep some poultry. We have been reading up on it and living where we do we would need to have a fox and badger proof enclosure as we see them in the daytime in the fields around us. We aren't really that worried about breed etc as long as we get eggs from them. The options, as far as we can tell, are chickens, ducks or geese. We liv ein Cornwall and if we go for chickens would perhaps like to have ex battery but I can't find any references to them in our area on the net. Any pointers regarding this would be welcome.
