Corvina incubator issues.

Has anyone used the corvina series of incubators. I have a 'super 12' fully automatic incubator but have failed each time at the last moment with the chicks dying in the shell in the last week. I have been diligent with the water content and humidity
but have still not successfully hatched them. any ideas? What ever I'm doing wrong, I'm doing wrong during the last phase.
