Hello there, my name is Sean. I am a proper country bumpkin, Im a poultry breeder and youth worker (odd combination) but i also am trying to be as self sufficient as possible in my and my families diet - 'This week i will mainly be drinking homebrewed organic wines, eating my own caught / shot wild rabbit, squirrel, fish and pigeon (more game later in the year) and home reared chickens and ducks, homegrown veg and fruit and eggs. And will be recycling and re - inventing my bumbum off in order not to buy anything made by a machine as much as possible, or to through away any food.
Am hoping to learn some new tricks of you all!
