Hello,

I live on the south coast too, East Sussex. Been away from here for a while, busy in garden.

Like your garden and your blog. It looks like you've done a lot of work and you have interesting things going on.

Hi there and welcome
Let us be lovely
And let us be kind
Let us be silly and free
It won't make us famous
It won't make us rich
But damn it how happy we'll be!

Welcome Mithril, and your garden too. I too think I live on the south coast, though the sea is about 16 miles away. However, Somerset and Wessex feel very different: I expect that where you are, a garden is even more important.
We also grow only (more or less) edibles, but our garden does not look nearly as lovely as yours: I'm afraid we don't care much for looks, Mike even less than I. Still, people like it and right now it's full of marigolds which I use for the lutein in the petals. And asparagus green, still standing after the storm, and a small cloche, ditto.
Enjoy your visits to -ishland! Love from Annemieke.
