Hello from Eastern Spain :)

Post: # 285229Post Mika »

Hello all,

I'm a swiss woman living in Spain for about 28 years now :) I live in the mediterranean coast in a beautiful typical holmoak forest and I work my vegetable garden since I'm 13 years old, been changing of land and vegpatch too though. Now I'm really looking forward to go in the way of a homesteading base here. I've been doing jams so far but I'm interested in dehydrating too and fermentation (chukrut and stuff). My partner and I have also chicken and a goat. We hace recently decided to move them closer to our vegpatch, to be able to use all that earth coming out of their pen every month, for our plants. Looking forward to learning more about permaculture too.
Well, this is it at the moment, hope to see you around to share wisdom o'the land.

Ah, and I'm studying Applied Ecopsychology a doctorate with PNC (Project Nature Connect).

See you soon

 Hi Mika, welcome to Ish. It all sounds idyllic and your blog looks splendid.

I'd be interested in more info on your studies too.
