Back after a long absence

Hi.Not been around in more than 18 months.Looking forward to sharing ideas again.I have had a very successful year with my square foot garden and have expanded my poultry flock.

Well,I decided a couple of years ago,that I was going to make my food production more streamlined.I have a small greenhouse and a 10'x8' poly tunnel. I only need to grow for two of us now,so I have four 8'x3'square foot beds,and a container garden on one of the patios.Cordon fruit trees and areas on the edge for vertical gardening.Chuck in half a dozen Colombian Blacktail hens and my Dutch rabbits ,we are pretty well set.I enjoy home brewing too!

Nearly going into small holding in time and effort then Jansman! Hope it's producing something for the traditional meal this month.

Always busy,but self sufficient, no.I aim for us to eat something from our garden everyday though.

Nor are any of us, Jansman, that's why we're Ish. But anything you can make, grow or do for yourself is all to the good, I think.
