the meadowsweet and strawberry and red grape is a good dry rose coloured wine,and very potent,the nettle and ginger has a lovely colour and also tastes delic
with a lovely country summery scent to it,but the gorse and coconut although tastes the best to me hasn`t cleared ,yet there is sediment on the bottom that we got rid of,its cloudy and very yellow,in fact we`ve drunk a bottle already,will it settle in the bottles now or does it really matter?i wondered would it just be that way because of the table spoon of coconut in it,it smells wonderful
and the taste is even better
